Frequently asked questions

What is the Domainless bug tracker?

It's where you report anything that's broken anywhere on the Domainless platform. Tell us what happened and we track it through to a fix.

Who can see my report?

Only the two of us who run Domainless. Reports are private — they aren't posted publicly, and neither your name nor your email is ever published. If an issue affects lots of people we may add it to the public status page, but we write that summary ourselves in our own words.

How do I report a bug?

Open Report and describe what broke and where you saw it. The more detail — which app, what you expected, what actually happened — the faster we can fix it.

How do I check on a report I filed?

When you file one you get a tracking link, and we email you the same link if you left an address. That link is the only way to see a report you filed without an account — so keep it. Signed in? Your reports are reachable from any device.

Can I see bugs other people reported?

Not the reports themselves — those are private to the person who filed them. The status page lists the issues we've confirmed and are working on, plus what we've fixed recently, so you can check whether something is already known before filing.

Do I need an account to report?

No. You can report anonymously — a bug that stops you signing in still has to be reportable. Leaving an email or signing in just lets us tell you when it's fixed.

I found a security vulnerability. Where does that go?

Tick the security box on the report form, or email bugs@domainless.fun. Security reports are held private permanently and are never published. Our disclosure policy sets out our response times and our safe-harbour promise for good-faith research.

Is there a bug bounty?

No paid bounty — we're a two-person studio and we'd rather not advertise a reward we can't reliably pay. What you do get is a human response within five working days, honest updates, and public credit on the status page if you want it.

Is it free?

Yes — reporting a bug is completely free.
