Source code for COBOL in Domainless Code

COBOL projects are translated by GnuCOBOL 3.2 and compiled to WebAssembly on our compile server. Every compiled
program contains GnuCOBOL's run-time library (libcob, LGPL-3.0-or-later) and the GNU MP library (GMP 6.3.0,
LGPL-3.0-or-later or GPL-2.0-or-later; used here under the LGPL-3.0). As that licence asks, here are the
complete sources of both, our changes, and everything needed to rebuild them and relink a program with a
modified version:
