Why install? Installed apps run in standalone mode — no browser address bar, no toolbars, more screen space. They also launch faster and survive offline. One install gets you the whole ecosystem; switching between Music / Code / Games stays inside the app on Android. (iOS scopes each install to one subdomain — install the ones you use most.)

iPhone — Safari

Requires Safari (Chrome on iOS doesn't support Add to Home Screen). Takes about 10 seconds.

  1. Open the site you want to install in Safari — for example, music.domainless.fun or domainless.fun.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with the arrow pointing up).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top right. The app icon appears on your home screen and launches in full-screen — no Safari URL bar.
iOS limitation: each subdomain installs as a separate app. Install the ones you use most (Music + Stream is a common combo). Tapping a different subdomain in the chrome bar will open Safari — that's iOS's behavior, not a bug.

iPad — Safari

Same flow as iPhone, but the Share button is in the top-right toolbar instead of the bottom.

  1. Open the site you want to install in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button in the top-right corner of Safari (next to the address bar).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add. The app icon now lives on your home screen and opens in full-screen mode.

Android — Chrome (or Edge / Samsung Internet)

Android installs Domainless as a real WebAPK — it shows up in your app drawer like a Play Store app and launches in full-screen.

  1. Open the site you want to install in Chrome — for example, music.domainless.fun.
  2. Tap the menu ⋮ in the top right.
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen on older Chrome). If Chrome shows an "Install" prompt automatically at the bottom of the page, you can also just tap that.
  4. Tap Install to confirm. The icon appears on your home screen and in the app drawer.
Android bonus: if you install multiple Domainless subdomains, Chrome will route each link to the matching installed app — switching between Music and Code stays in standalone mode most of the time, no browser address bar.

Desktop — Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc

Installed PWAs run in their own window with no browser chrome — they show up in your taskbar / dock like native apps. Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS.

  1. Open the site you want to install in Chrome (or Edge / Brave / Arc).
  2. Look in the address bar for the install icon on the right side. Click it. (If you don't see it: open the menu ⋮ → Cast, save, and share → Install Domainless.)
  3. Click Install in the popup. The app opens in its own window and gets pinned to your taskbar / dock.
Safari on macOS also supports Add to Dock — open the site, then File → Add to Dock.
