Terms of Service
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Welcome to Domainless ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using
the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do
not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Domainless. By creating an
account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Domainless is not
directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access
your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under
your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We
reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use false
information or violate these Terms.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Domainless, including posts,
comments, images, and messages. By posting content, you grant Domainless
a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store
your content as necessary to operate the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to
post content that:
- Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or harassing
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, spam, or deceptive links
-
Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or exploitation of minors
- Impersonates another person or entity
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to
suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate them.
4. End-to-End Encryption
Direct messages between users and friends-only posts are protected by
end-to-end encryption (E2EE). This means:
-
Domainless cannot read the content of encrypted
messages or friends-only posts
- Encryption keys are generated and stored locally on your device
-
If you lose your encryption keys (e.g., by clearing browser data),
encrypted messages cannot be recovered — not by you,
and not by us
-
We cannot comply with requests to produce the plaintext of encrypted
content, as we do not have access to it
Public posts and follower-only posts are
not encrypted and are stored on our servers in readable
form.
5. Money on Domainless: USD only via /wallet
Domainless uses U.S. dollars exclusively. We do not issue, sell, or
operate any virtual currency, token, or in-platform points system.
Earlier "Coins" / "Dev Coins" mechanics have been retired.
-
Customization items (themes, badges, borders, post
styles, name colors) are free. Claim any item from
the Customization Library on your account page.
-
Tipping is performed at
/wallet using real USD via Stripe-backed escrow.
The recipient's connected bank account receives the tip on the
schedule they pick (default 7-day release).
We do not take a platform cut on tips. Stripe
processing fees (≈2.9% + 30¢) are deducted before payout.
-
Creator royalties are paid in U.S. dollars based on
video views and music plays at the rate published in your creator
dashboard. Withdrawals go to your connected bank via Stripe Connect,
subject to the Creator Program terms in Section 6.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe — not
Domainless — is the holder of record for any funds in transit. Your
payment information is never stored on Domainless servers. Stripe's
terms of service apply to all transactions.
We are not a bank. /wallet is financial-transfer
software. Funds in escrow are held by Stripe pending release per the
agreed schedule.
6. Creator Program and Cashout
Users who have explicitly activated a creator account ("Creators")
accrue earnings in a USD balance and
may withdraw that USD balance to a bank account via Stripe Connect. The
Creator Program has the following rules:
-
Activation is required. The USD balance cannot be
withdrawn unless the user has activated a Creator account and
explicitly agreed to the Creator Guidelines. Activation is one-tap and
free.
-
Stripe Connect verification is required. Cashout
requires completing Stripe Connect identity verification (legal name,
tax identifier, bank account). Identity and banking information goes
directly to Stripe; Domainless only stores the resulting Stripe
account ID.
-
Minimum cashout. The minimum withdrawal amount is
$10.00 USD.
-
Platform fee. A 10% platform fee is deducted from
each cashout before the transfer to Stripe. Stripe's standard
processing fee (~2-3%) applies to the transfer itself.
-
Royalties. Creators earn $0.50 per 1,000 views on
video posts and $0.50 per 1,000 plays on music posts, calculated and
paid weekly directly into the USD balance. Weekly royalty cap: $100
per creator. Royalty rates and caps are subject to change.
-
Tips. When a user sends a tip via /wallet, the recipient
receives the equivalent value in their USD balance at the fixed rate
in real USD via Stripe-backed escrow. The funds are held until the recipient
recipient's USD balance is credited. There is no platform cut on tips
— the platform fee applies only at cashout time.
-
Irreversibility. Cashout is a one-way operation. Once
withdrawn to Stripe, funds cannot be returned to the USD balance or
reversed once cleared. Tips sent via /wallet are likewise
non-recoverable.
-
Tax responsibility. Creators are solely responsible
for reporting cashout income to their local tax authority. Domainless
does not provide tax advice. Stripe may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-K
for US creators) in accordance with applicable law.
7. Creator Guidelines
By activating a Creator account, you agree to the following Guidelines.
Violations may result in post removal, Creator status revocation, payout
forfeiture, and/or account suspension.
-
Sponsorship limit. Creators may include at most
one sponsor per video or post, and the sponsorship
segment (branded content, paid promotion, product placement, or
sponsored mention) must not exceed
10 seconds total per piece of content. This applies
to all content posted to domainless.fun, stream.domainless.fun, and
any cross-posted content.
-
No illegal, hateful, or violent content. Content that
violates applicable law or Domainless's content policies (including
but not limited to incitement, targeted harassment, CSAM, or credible
threats) is prohibited.
-
Rights to content. You must own the rights to content
you post, or have explicit permission from the rights holder.
Copyright infringement may result in content removal and account
termination.
-
No artificial inflation. Using bots, click farms, or
coordinated inauthentic behavior to inflate views, plays, tips, or any
metric is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of earnings and
loss of Creator status.
-
Accurate representation. Creator profiles,
sponsorship disclosures, and paid promotions must accurately represent
the creator and the sponsored brand. False advertising, impersonation,
or deceptive sponsorships are prohibited.
8. Invite System
Users may generate invite codes to share with others. When an invited
user joins, the inviter receives platform credit. Abuse of
the invite system (creating fake accounts, automated signups) will
result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
9. Friends, Followers, and Blocking
Domainless supports two types of social connections:
friends (mutual, requiring acceptance) and
followers (one-directional). You can control who sees
your content using post visibility settings (Public, Followers, Friends
Only).
You may block any user at any time. Blocking removes all social
connections and prevents the blocked user from viewing your content,
messaging you, or appearing in your feeds. Blocked users are not
notified of the block.
10. Reporting and Moderation
Users can report content or other users that violate these Terms. We
review reports and may take action including content removal, warnings,
temporary suspension, or permanent bans. We are not obligated to explain
moderation decisions in detail.
11. Intellectual Property
The Domainless platform, including its design, code, branding, and
features, is the property of J&G Studios. You may not copy, modify,
distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written
permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Domainless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are
not liable for:
-
Loss of data, including encrypted content that becomes unrecoverable
due to lost keys
- Content posted by other users
- Service interruptions, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
- Any damages arising from your use of the Platform
13. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may
terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon
termination, your public content may be retained in anonymized form, but
your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will
notify users via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact us at the email associated with
J&G Studios or through the Platform's reporting system.
