Domainless for Business
Free tools that actually do the job.
No signup. No trial that expires. No card on file. Open a tool, use it, close the tab — or keep the link and use it every day. We build these because businesses that try the free tools are the ones who later ask us to build something bigger.
The tools
Booking page
Set your services and opening hours, get a link to share. Customers pick a slot; you see every booking on one page. Double-booking is impossible.
Most popularInvoice & quote maker
Line items, tax, discounts, running total. Print it or save a PDF. Your details are remembered on your device so the second invoice takes ten seconds.
QR code pack
Menu, review link, wifi password, contact card. Download as PNG or SVG — SVG stays sharp on a printed A-board at any size.
Expense log
Log what you spend, tag it by category, see the totals. Export a CSV your accountant can open without asking you a single question.
Hours & labour cost
Enter shifts, get paid hours, overtime and what the week actually costs you. Useful the moment you have more than two people on a rota.
Why these are free
Because it is the honest way to introduce ourselves. Domainless runs about thirty web apps — documents, spreadsheets, file conversion, encryption, code, mail, search — and the fastest way to show you they work is to hand you one that solves a real problem today.
There is no upsell inside these tools. The booking page does not stop working after twenty bookings, nothing is locked behind an upgrade, and nothing here asks for a card. If you never speak to us again, the tools keep working. The invoice maker puts one small “made with Domainless” line at the foot of the page — that is how people find us — and there is a checkbox on that page to take it off. It is your invoice.
The four tools other than booking run entirely in your browser — your invoices, expenses and payroll numbers are never sent to us, because there is no request to send them in. The booking page is the exception, and it says so on its own page: it has to store bookings somewhere for your customers to reach them.
What you get, plainly
- No account, ever
- No expiry, no seat count
- Nothing locked behind an upgrade
- Works on a phone at the counter
- Your data stays on your device (except bookings)
Running something bigger?
The tools above are built for one owner and a small team. When a company needs the same thinking applied at organization scale — admin control, shared accounts, retention rules, a real support line — that is a different product, and we are building it.
Domainless Enterprise
A separate suite of applications designed for organizations rather than adapted from the consumer ones — enterprise mail, documents, storage and more, each built for teams from the ground up.
