Domainless runs about thirty web applications used by individuals every day. Enterprise is a separate suite: the same engineering, rebuilt around the things an organization actually needs — control over accounts, control over data, and someone who answers when it breaks.

Where this is, honestly. The enterprise suite is in active development and is not generally available yet. We are not taking subscriptions for software you cannot use. What we are doing is picking a small founding group to build it with — priority on the applications you need most, direct access to the people writing it, and founding pricing held for the life of the account. If that is not interesting, the free business tools are genuinely free and need no relationship with us at all.

The suite

Each of these is a distinct application at its own address, in the same path-based shape as the rest of the platform — enterprise.domainless.fun/mail, /documents, and so on.

What "built for enterprise" means here

It is a real distinction, so it is worth being specific rather than listing adjectives.

Who owns the data The person who made it. The organization. Nothing is stranded when someone leaves.
Accounts One person signs themselves up. Central provisioning, groups, and one-action offboarding.
Deletion Immediate and permanent, by design. Governed by a retention policy you set, with legal hold.
Audit None — we deliberately keep almost nothing. An access trail, because compliance requires one.
When it breaks Best effort. A named response time and a person, not a form.
Price Free or a few dollars a month. Per seat, billed to the organization.

Founding group

We are taking a small number of organizations into the build rather than launching at everyone at once. In practice that means:

  1. You tell us which applications matter. An architecture firm and a dental practice do not need the same thing first, and the order we build in is not settled.
  2. We build with you, not at you. Direct contact with the people writing the software, and your feedback lands in the actual roadmap.
  3. Founding pricing is held for the life of the account. Not an introductory rate that resets in a year.
  4. You are billed when there is something to bill for. No card until an application you asked for is running for your team.
